Quick Healthy Snack
A snack that is healthy and simple to make with only two ingredients. Bananas and ground cinnamon. Even better, a no-cook recipe!
Just slice a peeled banana or 2 into small pieces and lay them flat on a plate. Sprinkle the desired amount of cinnamon on top of the pieces and place them in a freezer bag and into your freezer. With the health benefits of cinnamon and it’s natural sweetening flavor, it all depends on how sweet you are willing to go! Leave for 3 hours.
Remove from the freezer and enjoy a sweet banana ice-cream taste in every bite! The perfect way to use up bananas that are becoming too ripe and when looking for a dessert that you can grab anytime your sweet tooth strikes!
