Cinnamon Ground

Made in-house. Once the bark is left to ferment in bundles, the outer layer is carefully scraped off, leaving the clean lighter coloured bark with curls as it dries. Commonly used as a baking ingredient. We like to add cinnamon to our coffee in the morning.
